Established in 2021, Lost in Paradise was created with the goal of inviting travelers, local and non-local, to explore Puerto Rico in style. Our designs capture the essence of Caribbean island living. That is why from the beginning, we felt that no word could describe the brand better than the word "paradise."
Starting off as only a website with a few items from our own brand, to expanding into a physical storefront with a collection of merchandise from local brands, Lost in Paradise has experienced rapid growth. Our mission has been met, but our vision has broadened. The name "Lost in Paradise" no longer suited the direction the brand was heading - a new name was needed.
There were certain elements we felt were necessary to include in the new identity of the brand. For instance, with Spanish being one of Puerto Rico's main languages, it was important to incorporate that in the new name. We also wanted a name that was original and distinguishable, yet still maintained the essence of the brand. After months of brainstorming and testing, one name stood out among the others. We introduce you to a new era of paradise, Puro Paradise.
Puro Paradise better represents us as a brand. Puro, meaning pure, describes the beautiful island of paradise that is Puerto Rico. But it also has another meaning to us. Our designs are also pure in the sense that they remain original. We are looking forward to growing into our new name and witnessing the future of Puro Paradise.
